What the project needed
Sahabah needed its own platform for the Saudi market. The design had to connect a public website and online store with the tools customers use to manage services and the dashboard administrators use to support them.

How I approached the work
- Used research and competitor analysis to define the platform’s requirements before moving into interface design.
- Designed the purchase journey alongside customer and admin workflows so the experience covered the full service lifecycle.
- Created reusable components to keep the website and portals consistent as the platform expanded.
- Stayed involved after launch to design new features and refine existing journeys.
