What the project needed

Sahabah needed its own platform for the Saudi market. The design had to connect a public website and online store with the tools customers use to manage services and the dashboard administrators use to support them.

How I approached the work

  1. Used research and competitor analysis to define the platform’s requirements before moving into interface design.
  2. Designed the purchase journey alongside customer and admin workflows so the experience covered the full service lifecycle.
  3. Created reusable components to keep the website and portals consistent as the platform expanded.
  4. Stayed involved after launch to design new features and refine existing journeys.
