What the project needed

The platform needed to support university requests and communication with HRM-related coordination. Defining what students and administrative stakeholders needed was central to the work.

How I approached the work

  1. Gathered requirements directly with a department chair at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan.
  2. Documented the PRD and user stories with acceptance criteria to guide implementation.
  3. Designed responsive request flows and prototypes alongside the visual identity.
  4. Used feedback from students and administrators to refine the product during usability and acceptance testing.
