How I approached the work
- Gathered requirements directly with a department chair at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan.
- Documented the PRD and user stories with acceptance criteria to guide implementation.
- Designed responsive request flows and prototypes alongside the visual identity.
- Used feedback from students and administrators to refine the product during usability and acceptance testing.
